This morning I ate fried rice and eggs. After eating I took a short walk and took a shower. Today I want to finish some work and want to give myself a break. You have to remember to give yourself a break. Don’t force yourself to work/study from morning till night. I think the easiest way to rest is to see the scenery while snacking. This works for me. I do this every evening, it feels comfortable, especially when the wind is light. This way I can also reduce my screen time.
