Before and after studying we have to eat / snack so that studying is more enthusiastic. Many snack on nuts, chocolate, fruit, crackers, and others. If you are not someone who likes snacking, you can also drink water. Drinking water can improve concentration while studying.
There’s nothing wrong with eating or snacking before/after study. but remember to eat nutritious food. You can snack on snacks, but remember to balance them with staple foods and vegetables and fruits.
